14 years ago I became a mother. From the moment my daughter was born, I was forever changed. After her birth, it didn't take long for me to know that I wanted to help families in their birth journey! My story isn't one of perfection, but one of humanity and deep empathy for my own story and others. I have seen the gap in my own story, of the need for support and education, and now my dream is to be that for as many families as I can.  From this Crystal and Co was born. My hope is to support as many pregnant people with compassionate, trauma informed, empowering child birth education and doula care. 

I value autonomy, helping clients develop a sense of agency in their story, and strength. My goal is to help you find your voice. Whether some form of trauma in your life has taken that away, or you never have had permission to have one, I will be your guide to help this come alive in you:) 

As a Birth and Postpartum Doula, I provide education and a safe place for you to land during your pregnancy and labour experience. I have a toolbelt filled with educated tips and tricks to help you achieve your birth goals!
